Every year for the last 10 years, I have traveled down to the 30A area with friends for the Seaside School Half Marathon. Over the years, we have had some fabulous food to replace all those calories we burned running. There are so many great places to eat along 30A, it is hard to go wrong. Here are some of my favorites to get you started.
The Red Bar
Located in Grayton Beach, the beloved Red Bar is a local and visitor favorite. While they have a small menu, everything we’ve tried has been big on taste. Highly recommend going on Friday or Saturday evening for the crab cakes.
The Hub
The Hub is an indoor/outdoor gathering place. There are loads of food and drink choices. Whether it is burgers, tacos or BBQ, there is something to please everyone in your group.
Bud and Alley’s Taco Bar
The Taco Bar is a must eat for us every year. It is right in the heart of Seaside with street views for excellent people watching. Get the guacamole…you won’t regret it.
Modica Market
Sitting in downtown Seaside this gourmet grocery stores has excellent eats and treats. Soups, sandwiches and other southern favorites are served daily. This is the place to you get your morning mimosa fix.
Cowgirl Kitchen
Casual cuisine outside on the sidewalk or in the restaurant. Make your way here for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Peach Bellini is phenomenal and a welcome treat on a hot summer day.
